She has been a model since 1995 for their products, especially perfumes like Sensuous Intuition or Pleasures. In the movies that are a hit with fans, such as International Man of Mystery (1997) and Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me (1998), Hurley played Vanessa Kensington. Katy Perry..........................Katy Perry original name Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson, (born October 25 1984 Santa Barbara California U.S.) American pop singer who gained fame for a string of anthemic and often sexually suggestive hit songs as well as for a playfully cartoonish sense of style. Perry's attempts at popular recognition were unsuccessful. Prior to any new music could be released, two record labels signed, then dropped Perry. Capitol Records did release Perry's Ur So Gay, which garnered modest attention in 2007 due to its jolly title. I Kissed a Girl, a confident tribute to her fascination with sexuality set against a hard-edged electronic-pop beat, gained a greater impact a few months later. Many critics accused the track of promoting homosexual relationships and others believed that its racy depiction was meant to appeal to male fantasies. I Kissed a Girl became the number one hit in the world because of its mix of excitement and an elegant tune. It also helped her sell a number of albums, including the album One of the Boys. The album's song, the second Hot N Cold also proving popular the album much of which Perry composed herself, eventually saw sales of more than 3 million copies across the United States.
